This year’s budget request from the President includes a reduction in funds for the D.C. Opportunity Scholarship Program. A group of senators have written to the President asking him to fully fund the program.

An article in the Fall 2004 issue of Education Next explored how the D.C. voucher program originated.

A study in the Summer 2013 issue of Education Next looked at the impact of receiving a voucher on the college enrollment rates of students in New York City.
