What We’re Watching: GA Supreme Court Strikes Down State Chartered Schools

Choice Media TV recently reported on the controversial Georgia state supreme court decision, rendered by a 4-3 vote, which revoked the state’s discretion to approve new charter schools or direct funding their way. The court ruled that only local school boards should have that authority.

The Georgia’s governor, state charter school commissioners, and parents all react to the May 16th decision.
