On Tuesday, August 20, Education Next will release on its website the results of its seventh annual poll of the public, with special attention to the views of parents, teachers, African Americans, and Hispanics.  The poll will report information concerning public assessment of the nation’s schools as well as views on a wide range of policy issues, including common core standards, merit pay for teachers, charter schools, school vouchers, teachers unions, and student graduation requirements.

The poll is released annually under the auspices of the education policy journal Education Next and the Program on Education Policy and Governance (PEPG) at Harvard University.   Results of prior years’ polls are available here.
