The AFT is teaming up with a British publisher to create a website called sharemylesson.com where teachers can share lesson plans and other curricular materials. “In a somewhat belated entry to a market overflowing with online educational advice, the teachers’ union believes that its site…will become a go-to destination because of the union’s imprimatur,” writes Motoko Rich in the New York Times

In the Summer 2011 issue of Education Next, Bill Tucker examined an array of new websites that serve as platforms to help teachers share and recommend ideas and lesson plans, and discussed how teachers can figure out which lessons really work.
