On Thursday, February 11 at 4:00 pm, the Fordham Institute will host an event to discuss a new report that evaluates the quality of three “next generation” assessments: PARCC, Smarter Balanced, and ACT Aspire.

Will these tests give parents, teachers, and community members a better understanding of students’ preparedness for college and career? Do they assess rigorous content?

Fordham’s new study, Evaluating the Content and Quality of Next Generation Assessments, will be released earlier that day.
